Development of technology acceptance research for mobile services

This paper presents a framework to analyze the state-of-the-art of technology acceptance research for mobile services. Current research dealing with the topic was categorized concerning theoretical base, success factors and main results. The method used for categorization is based on a full text analysis of all papers published in main Information Systems journals since 2004. Results of this study deliver insight into the development of this research field that is critical to all activities of mobile commerce.
