Abstract
In the research field of wireless sensor networks, most researches only construct single type of transmission mechanism. Although this mechanism is suitable for normal data transmission, it lacks reliability for urgent data. In recent years, researches have proposed mechanisms for separately processing these two types of data however, their mechanisms may have some drawbacks. This paper proposes a mechanism to balance a node´s energy consumption for normal data, in such a way that the network lifetime could be increased, and presents an efficient method for processing urgent data in order to reduce a node´s energy consumption.
