Abstract
By analyzing the success stories of U.S advertising in Chinese market, this paper proposes that the transmission of U.S advertising in China´s market is the result of implementation of the cultural penetration based on culture as the pilot U.S advertisers emphasize to study Chinese traditional culture and values, to explore the cultural values of Chinese culture to the U.S advertising, to study the huge amount of commercial value of the use of folk culture, while promoting the mergence of Chinese culture and Western Culture in order to obtain the identity in China´s market and lead the pursuit of fashion of consumers in China. The U.S advertising is ready to make a change to respond to changes to achieve commercial effect, in order to occupy market in terms of advertising strategy, which interprets the secret of its success.
