  • Abstract
    The two most important indicators of the factory are the quality and production efficiency. The key factors of quality test are the repeatability and reproducibility. But the artificial test inevitably brings about the error and low efficiency. Use of automatic test equipment significantly improves the reliability and efficiency of the test.
