Abstract :
In order to obtain requirements of the e-government information system accurately, this paper proposes a new requirements modeling method which is based on ontology of the business model on process and domain ontology. By the business model on process, this method could give guidance to the users to describe the reality system in an all-round way, and then translate into requirements model automatically. Thereby the consistency of domain´s business requirements and requirements of application software can be assured. This method not only can guarantee the quality of requirements model, but also can increase efficiency of requirements modeling.
