Abstract :
Asymptotic waveform evaluation technique and the Neville-type Stoer-Bulirsch algorithm are investigated and compared as the tools for efficient performance evaluation of antennas with emphasis placed on their input impedance over a wide frequency band. Numerical results are given for a helical antenna with a truncated-cone reflector.
