Abstract :
The paper describes S-band T/R Modules designed for use in an Active Phased Array. Brief principles of its operation are described and electrical and mechanical information are presented. Main parameters of T/R Modules are shown in the form of characteristics. Results of measurements in wide range of the ambient temperature are presented as well. Basing on the obtained results, conditions of Transmit Modules operation are defined.
