Abstract
The results of experimental study of spectral, power and field characteristics of single, half-disk, spiral resonators and also coupled disk dielectric resonators (DDR) with whispering gallery modes (WGM) in millimeter wave band by means of the computerized measuring stand are presented. The possibility of design of controlled EHF elements on the basis of coupled DDRs for the probable application in terahertz and optical frequency ranges is discussed.
