Abstract :
Today is network times, and the university library is the second classroom of college students, based on such environment, this article discusses the university library how to comply with the requirements of the times. Base on the existing foundation of hardware, innovative service model, and by using the network communication tools to strengthen the exchange of information, then enhance the services level of library.
