Abstract :
The development of IT-based Educational has set higher requirements for teachers. Speeding up IT-based educational level of teacher, raising the level of teacher education, and building a contingent of high-quality teachers for promoting curriculum reform of basic education is of great strategic significance. According to the state standards, design and implementation of information technology training is an important move to promote teachers´ professional one. This thesis is oriented towards the technical standards of education and the new curriculum standards, and expounds the communication special training in primary and middle school teachers´ information technology training for the significance, contents and strategies.
