  • Abstract
    The pulse sensor was used for acquiring the signal of pulse in the system, and then the embedded sleep monitor system was designed. The nightmare of volunteers was interrupted by the sound signal with different strength. In order to cut down the possibility of heart and brain diseases caused by nightmare, The data of volunteers´ nightmare was collected and analyzed so that we established corresponding strategy and the simulating model of fuzzy control after careful analysis for monitoring sleep quality. The simulating experiments show that the control strategy of this system could perform satisfactorily. The sleeping quality of volunteers had been improved.
