Abstract :
In order to analyze fluctuation characteristics in ABS braking pipelines, obtain the controlling parameters during braking and improve control quality, bench tests of fluctuation load device were carried on. When 160N braking force and 320N braking force were imposed on pedal respectively and motor speed was set at 400r/min,600 r/min,800 r/min,1000 r/min,1200 r/min respectively,pressure fluctuation characteristics in braking pipelines were obtained. The results show that pressure in ABS braking pipelines fluctuates with time. And amplitude is higher at 160N penal force than 320N. Pressure has correlations with motor speed.
