Abstract :
With the popularization and development of Internet, e-commerce as a new business means takes attention by traditional industry. The insurance industry as a financial traditional industries are trying to make e-commerce insurance migrate to company´s internal management, marketing and service areas, in order to adapt to technological advances and market changes. The system entropy is about the complexity of the system, the relations of orderly structure and the description of efficiency state. This article builds mathematical model to evaluate the status of China´s e-commerce website running by entropy theory, and finds that China´s e-commerce website running in a state of entropy reduction. Finally, the article puts forward the specific policy recommendations according to empirical results.
