Abstract :
The wind speed has strong stochastic characteristics, and can be divided into long-term component and turbulence component. In short time scale simulation, the long-term component can be considered as constant. But in long time scale simulation, the slow fluctuating characteristics simulated by using Van der Hoven spectrum model presented in this paper must be included. The turbulence component is obtained by passing the white noise signal through Kaimal shaping filter. The wind speed time series comprised of long-term component and turbulence component and also considered both slow fluctuating and short-term stochastic characteristic. By using transfer function fitting method instead of shaping filter in this paper can also accelerate the simulation speed by This simulated signal can be used as the input wind speed of the wind farm large time scale time domain simulation.
