Abstract

The construction of Gridding E-commerce Logistic System (ELS) which bases on the gridding management theory establishes different of management functional departments, the system control center and the center of reception, which can be as node resources management layer, the overall situation resources coordinated layer and the user service layer in the gridding management agency. It will define the various sectors of the job role, responsibilities, rights and operational process, and establish E-commerce Logistic System (ELS) based on gridding management theory, in order to compose and optimize of various resources.
