Abstract :
This paper applies the agent technology into the forestry pests and diseases expert system. Firstly, it introduces the agent technology and the expert system, and then a new design method is proposed, which unifies the domain expert´s experience of pest diagnosis, disease diagnosis, pests forecasting and the achievement of prevention and control technique. Beside those, the pest forecasting and diagnosis mathematical model, vector apace model and TF-IDF algorithm are also constructed, at last these methods are take into application. Its application carries on the real-time predict, diagnosis and the prevention to the urban forest common pests and disease.
