Abstract :
An Intelligent automatic test system of wood moisture was introduced in the paper, the circuit designing, hardware composition and workflows were studied. The dynamic compensation method was proposed, which can eliminate the measurement error caused by the zero drift and temperature drift. In order to verification the method, an experiment was proposed too. Results showed that, above the fiber saturation point, the average error of Moisture content of automatic test system was less than 4%, below the fiber saturation point, the error is less than 2%, especially within the limits of the final Moisture content (14% -9%), the error less than 1%.
