Abstract :
Automatic following optical-axis tester for automobile headlamps is a special instrument integrated with technology of optics, mechanics and electronics. Control system of the instrument is the core of system design, the design of control system effect the precision and efficiency directly, and this field is regard as advanced task for manufacturer. From the view of project application, this paper introduce the fuzzy control system and technology of image matching which used in automatic following optical-axis tester for automobile headlamps. Using those technologies can fulfill the high efficiency and stability, reduce measuring error and enhance measuring speed.
