Abstract :
Module assembly is one of key technologies in modular design. A selection method of module assembly scheme, which based on product customization degree (CD) and customer satisfaction degree (SD), was presented in this paper. Product CD, which was the total customization cost and its proportion to whole product cost, was counted, moreover, the customization cost was divided into customization part cost and customization assembly cost, respectively. Some customer satisfaction factors were discussed. The customer SD was gained via separately counting the price and delivery time factors from the other factors. Finally, an example was presented to show the feasibility of the proposed approaches.
