Abstract
In the context of economic globalization, it´s particularly crucial for the enterprise to pay attentions to the increment of technological innovative human capital. Starting from this point, this paper uses the data from 10 sectors in Shanghai of China for the principal component analysis. It concludes that: (1) Factors affecting the increment of technological innovative human capital includes the overall strength of enterprises, incentive system of scientific research, the level of investment and technological cooperation. (2) Paths of the increment of human capital are as following: creating a favorable atmosphere for scientific research to exert the value of human capital; investing in the technology research and development and the improvement of technological products, or implementing the effective incentive system.
