Abstract
Signal detection plays a crucial role in Burst-mode communication. This paper proposed a Non-data-aided rapid signal detection method in burst-mode preambless demodulation, which could detect the beginning and ending of the burst frame. The system design has been analysed and verified by the simulation and an implementation suitable for FPGA application has been developed using an altera stratixII target system.
