  • Abstract
    This paper uses the Strategic Alignment Maturity Model (SAMM) to assess the alignment maturity between business and IT in a large hospitality and exhibitions company in the middle-east. Gaps between business and IT are identified and measures to suggest these gaps have been proposed.
