Response measures of China to the global financial crisis is to expand domestic demand and the objective goals of expanding domestic demand as much as possible the expansion of the rural consumer market, the expansion of rural markets even more inseparable from the unique contribution of rural finance. The bank of villages and towns in rural financial sector as a new thing is the most dynamic undoubtedly. Now, the study about risk management of bank of villages and towns is relatively small, but the risk management is an important factor related to the healthy development of bank of villages and towns. Through necessary analysis for the specific risk of bank of villages and towns, put forward some corresponding risk management strategies, such as progressive credit, unified management, deposit insurance and exit safeguard mechanism and so on, promote smooth development of bank of villages and towns in China through the implementation of these measures, and supply better service for agriculture, countryside, peasants.
