  • Abstract
    According to the statistics, there are 100 million small and medium-sized Enterprises in the world, accounting for 99% of the total numbers of the enterprises. In our country, the small and medium-sized Enterprises are the crucial power to guarantee the national economic and social development, and the important foundation to maintain the steady and fast development of national economy. The application of e-commerce in small and medium-sized Enterprises has been developing quickly, and the transaction volume of e-commerce has been constantly creating new records. E-commerce is becoming the new battlefield of the competition among enterprises. However, the level of e-commerce in small and medium-sized Enterprises in our country is still in its initial stage, restricting the development and expansion of them. The article analyzed the problems existing in the e-commerce of small and medium-sized Enterprises in our country, and combining the laws of e-commerce, proposed the solutions to them, which will play a positive role in developing and promoting e-commerce in our country, and hopefully be conducive to small and medium-sized Enterprise´s launching e-commerce.
