    In this paper, domestic water, industrial water, agricultural water and comprehensive water use level in Weihe River Valley in Shaanxi Province are studied to strengthen water resource management and realize sustainable use of water in Weihe River, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model established and the comprehensive wateruse level evaluated based on multi-objective and multi-level decision making methods. It shows that the overall comprehensive wateruse level of Weihe River is not enough, which restricts social and economic sustainable development of this valley. To realize sustainable use of water resources in Weihe River Valley, it´s necessary to develop and use water resources scientifically, and allocate limited water resources rationally.
