  • Abstract
    War material scheduling management is an important part of digital army. Based on WebGIS, scheduling management system was proposed for war materials, including solutions and scheduling algorithm. And Supermap 2008 was adopted to perform WebGIS in our system. War materials dispatching model was also introduced and solved by component-based GIS technology. In particular, a fuzzy programming was proposed to solve the emergency issue with fuzzy time parameters. Finally, emergency scheduling model and software system has been tested by given data. The results show that the system and algorithm have a good performance.
