Abstract :
This paper introduces the background of Tibet Emergency Management Platform, describes data organization of the system and system function modules in detail. We use a large relational database to store and manage data and the combination of two-dimensional and three-dimensional visualization technology to realize emergency release, emergency data resources storage, and statistic and analyze.
