    At present, China´s agent-construction project management majority belongs to the implementation stage agent construction and the overall process agent construction, or belong to the management agent construction and the build agent construction of non-financing project. With the rapid development of the construction market and the continuous improvement of laws, China´s project commission management will be the overall process agent management and the contractor agent management. The total life cycle of the project agent management and the project financing agent management will be used in large scale profit-oriented project.
