  • Abstract
The fault signals, received by the host computer of forecast system of forest harvester through CAN-bus, usually have various kinds of noises and interference signals which come form the signal sources, sensors and external interferences. For measuring and controlling precisely, the noises and interferences of the being measured signals must be eliminated. So, commonly used digital filters have been used according to characteristics of fault signals which were updated in all sub nodes. Furthermore, aiming at the complex features of fault information of forest harvester, a filter based on Kalman filtering theory has been established for filtering processing and noise reduction to fault signals with programming implementation of visual c++. Then, the simulation results show that the effect on restrain white noise with Kalman filter is obvious. For raising the effect of the filter further, one composite digital filter has been composed with several different kinds of filters, thus with which the effect on complicated digital signals is more obvious.
