Abstract :
With the Simplification of development environment, the code works is getting easier and easier. However, coders pay less attention to make their software better. With the time pass by, database will become larger and larger, typical problem followed is that applications run more and more slowly, and eventually, exceed the limit of users´ patience. Lacking of necessary optimization is one of the most serious problems. Four aspects are always aimed at, avoid I/O operations which are unnecessary, reduce the usage of CPU, make the best usage of every hardware, memory and caches. In this article, we take Oracle 10g as example. Focus on avoiding the bottlenecks caused by database in massive management of information system.
