Manufacturing logistics is an important part in logistics industry. It supports the development of manufacturing industry. The article firstly summarizes predecessors´ theoretical study, then makes a quantitative analysis on the correlation between manufacturing and logistics industry during the year 2004 - 2008 of Zhejiang Province by gray correlation model. By comparison with Jiangsu Province and Shanghai which are of the same triangle area, we get that the logistics and manufacturing development do not match well in Zhejiang Province. Logistics industry must be strengthened during the development of advanced manufacturing process.
