After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

With the development of the network and communication technology, the Internet quickly property into commercial operation channels, E-commerce has become a worldwide trend, but the agricultural market in the primary stage of stock market by the majority causes the lack of marketing channels for agriculture. Propose constructing a new mode of E-commerce in agricultural marketing, and promoting the development of agriculture.
