  • Abstract
    Ships officers can´t look out by eyes efficiently in dense fog, and radar observing becomes only systemic and efficient aid-navigation method. This thesis analyses ships collision avoidance theory in fog according to radar plotting diagram and relative collision avoidance rules and good seamen skill custom, brings out conclusion of decision to avoid ships collision in fog, supplies reasonable support for auto Avoiding Collision.
