Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

BP neural network is an effective method for decision-making. This paper established BP neural network prediction models of China´s coal demand by using BP neural network theory, which is based on the real data. The result shows that the error between the predicted value and the actual consumption is small, and the predicted result reaches a very high accuracy, which shows that the model can achieve high credibility, especially in recent prediction results.
