This paper presents the global exponential stability of parabolic systems with distributed delays. By means of general vector Hanalay´s differential inequality, Dini´s derivative, Green formulation, and the technique of inequality analysis. An easily verifiable sufficient condition for the global exponential stability of the parabolic systems with distributed time is given based on the condition that the coefficient of the systems is only an M-matrix.
