Abstract
This research investigates the Critical Success Factors and the impact they have on Enterprise Resource Planning implementations in Australia. This research uses qualitative data and specifically the case study methodology to examine the effects that these factors have on Enterprise Resource Planning implementations and ultimately how this affects the success and failure of an implementation. Data collected from interviews were analysed and a number of findings were drawn. The findings of this research will form a basis for future studies in this field, and will highlight areas where Enterprise Resource Planning implementations can be improved to ensure success.
