Abstract
This paper presents a model of a technological infrastructure for integration of learning with business activities. This model deals with learning that is personalized, contextualized, adjusted to current business processes, and integrated within social relations of an organization. Hence, the model represents workers, their knowledge, competences and skills firstly. Secondly, business processes that are supported by a workflow management system are used to construct learning units. Finally, relations between workers are represented using a social network. The paper concludes with a presentation of the preliminary implantation and evaluation of the introduced model.
