As one of the most important navigations, the proportional navigation has the advantages of sensitiveness, well-overload and practicability. In order to magnify the discussion and analysis, the two-parameter proportional navigation method generalized from proportional navigation was established for interception on flank. Then, the analysis and proof of its influence on the trajectory were also deduced theoretically and showed that navigation parameter b controls the missile movement on normal direction of attack plane and navigation parameter k controls the movement in attack plane. Finally, the simulations of the interception not only for non-maneuvering target but also for maneuvering target show the conciseness and practicability of the method.
