Abstract :
According to the characteristics of GSM-R(Global System for Mobile Communications Railway), the Vehicular GSM-R Field Strength Testing System is required that the functions of receiving the data of GPS and displaying related geographic information that has processed and GSM-R field strength testing data situation on the electronic map. For these purposes, the implement program that geographic information control MapX is applied at the Original system platform is proposed, the functional module of electronic map for monitoring GSM-R field strength is developed and the tests are given at a simulation platform. Test results show that this functional module can implement the predetermined functions well and achieve the research purpose for the visualization of GSM-R field strength testing data.
