Design of test device for certain control system

With the position of the test equipment has becoming more and more important and limited by the number of computer slots, address and hard resources, the test equipments which use traditional bus such as ISA and PCI cannot satisfy the test requirement. This paper introduces a design of test equipment based on USB. It supports plug-and-play and has high speed transmitting, high reliability and practicability. So the test equipment which bases USB can compose to the chip and reliable test system with portable computer and satisfy the data acquisition requirement in test process.
