Considering that the evaluation model is difficult to accurately and objectively describe the nature of the object and there is no standard to follow the selection of indicators, as well as the index weights determining has considerable subjectivity, especially in the bus sustainable development evaluation, evaluation model and method is relatively less, this paper chooses the main influencing factors of bus sustainable development, and analyses the degree of each factor influence, at last establishes evaluation index system combining with wavelet network and comprehensive evaluation method. The comprehensive value can be directly obtained, avoiding the problem of subjectively determination of the weight in the evaluation process while improving the accuracy of the evaluation, which can objectively describe the degree of bus sustainable development. Liaoyuan is used as the example, the results verify the validity of the model, enrich the transportation system evaluation methodology, and provide the basis for scientifically establishing city comprehensive plan.
