In this paper the study is on multi-dimensional economic evaluation of corporate, proposed a multi-dimensional evaluation system of indicators. From the traditional business,etc. To start from five dimensions, person, financial, management, administration and development for three-dimensional evaluation, which jumped out of the company itself, increased people the key dimension of business stakeholders, while increasing business development dimension as the measurement of dynamic efficiency, build a more comprehensive multi-dimensional evaluation index system of evaluation, the evaluation indicators established in this paper as the assessment criteria of implementation of enterprise informatization have solved measure problem on the economic evaluation of enterprise informatization.
