The article focuses on small or medium enterprises(SMEs), and briefly discusses the necessity of electronic marketing (E-marketing) using second-hand data on the Internet analysis and comparison. Specifically, it indicates the viral Internet marketing strategy, and analyzes its advantages and applicability. Moreover, base on the characteristics and status of the SMEs, the author points out specific viral E-marketing strategy and implementation plans. Finally, the author analyzes the misunderstanding of the small or medium enterprises in the E-marketing and gives practicable rationalization proposals.
