Abstract :
This paper presents a general frame of the Reconfigurable Instrument (RCI) to fulfill the multi-purpose test requirement on a same hardware. On the basis of the configuration principle, the key techniques of RCI frame, including the implementation of the configuration platform, management of instrument configuration, are discussed in detail. Finally, the digitizer as example, the engineering experiments of RCI proved that the methodology of the RCI was feasible and effective for various test requirements.
