Abstract :
In the first half of 2009, stock prices of ST listed companies rose suddenly and sharply in China´s stock market. This paper analyses the factors affecting stock prices of ST listed companies from three aspects using the methods of Correlation analysis and Regression analysis. At last,the study conclude that institutional factors and the psychology of China´s investors have greater impact on stock prices than the company´s financial information.
