After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

The article simulats knowledge innovation and knowledge diffusion process in Industrial Clusters in the different degree of mutual trust between Enterprises and different condition of public products within clusters.The Simulation results show that: the higher degree of mutual trust between Enterprises within clusters and better condition of public products is beneficial for knowledge innovation and the organizational boundaries is not conducive to obtain knowledge from external of Industrial Clusters.
