Abstract
This article describes the design problems on the CAT comprehensive assessment system of college physical education, establishes the design model of comprehensive assessment system based on object-oriented and proposes a general design method. It has laid the foundation for the R & D methods for comprehensive assessment system of college physical education, and has great referential significance to the R & D task of the comprehensive assessment system in other areas.
