Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

The thesis generally introduces the current characteristics of the business community and development situation of overseas community commercial, and analyses the functions and industry status of the business community, meanwhile, summarizes the current situation of the development and the motive power in community business. The development trend of community commercial was also studied. In addition, the thesis proposes that the business community will develop towards the direction of unified program, scientifically chosen of location and centralized arrangement.
