In order to confirm the optimum plants combination and conditions, pot experiment was conducted to study phytoremediation efficiency of maize, ryegrass and alfalfa for heavy metal-organic contaminated sewage river sediment. Three different treatment levels were designed, and dehydrogenase activity change in sediment was inspected. Results showed that the best plants combination of repair and best repair conditions are different for different pollution and different plants. For maize, the DHA activity of plants restoration is higher. For ryegrass, the DHA activity of plants-AM restoration is higher. Fort alfalfa, the DHA activity of plants restoration is higher. Temperature has a great influence on phytoremediation treatment efficiency.
