After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

With the emergence of all kinds of transport ways, the railway refrigerated transportation faces unprecedented challenge. Under the condition of the difficultly situation of railway refrigerated transportation, the writer presents that through strengthening important step in the marketing strategy of the freight transportation-transport products strategy, the railway refrigerated transportation could be developed effectively and steadily. On the basis of expounding the theory and strategy of transport products design of the railway refrigerated transportation, the writer analyzes the products of the railway refrigerated transportation and disserts the present condition and foreground of new product designing in detail.
